Consistency is Key!-Pick One Of Each From The Following Food Groups:

You should have four meals a day. Below is an example of what you will be eating:

The Meal Plan: 

Breakfast: Mixed Vegetables, Eggs Whites, and Black Beans

Lunch: Beef, Vegetables, Salad

Meal 3: Fish, Spinach, and Back Beans

Dinner: Chicken Breast and Salad
