The David Goggins Weight Loss Diet

Although you don’t have to do this in order to achieve great results.
David Goggins diet is a ketogenic diet.
And there is a combination of intermittent fasting and of course healthy eating.
If you are interested in this diet it is mostly low carb and high-fat diet that is similar to the Atkins diet.
When your body is in ketosis it becomes very efficient at fat burning.
And the ketogenic diet is also known to help improve mental clarity as well as blood sugar and insulin levels.

The diet is a 40 / 40/ 20 ketogenic diet.
