Hello, I’m Matt I’ve struggled with being overweight for years and one day finally had enough. I tried several fad diets and most of them didn’t work. At least not for me. Along with this journey, I found myself learning what works and what doesn’t work.

Eventually, I lost all the weight and loved the health and fitness industry so much I became a personal trainer. And competed in bodybuilding competitions. It feels good to help people lose weight and feel good about themselves. Looking into the mirror was something I used to avoid because I didn’t like what I saw.

Fortunately, that has all changed for me now. I like what I see and I enjoy the lifestyle that comes with an eating healthy and exercising regularly.
