Pull Ups – 25 Reps

Barbell Deadlift – (135pounds) 50 Reps

Push Up- 50 Reps

24-Inch Box Jumps – 50 Reps

Floor Wipers – 50 Reps

Single Arm Clean And Press With 36 Pounds Kettle Bells – 50 Reps

Pull Ups – 25 Reps

There are Spartan type gyms located in most states nationwide.

You should be able to find one with ease. Some Spartan training is more focused on the gym workouts and others will have their focus on the obstacle course.

Whichever you choose you will have fun and probably the best workout of your life.

 

Conclusion

Spartan Fitness is a way of life. Once you see the results it becomes an addiction that will make you look and feel amazing.

I recommend the obstacle course at least once. It’s a fun and dirty way to get a great workout with other Spartans.
