5 Ways Models Stay Thin That I Don’t Recommend
In my opinion the hardest part about modeling was the dieting.
Sometimes I was asked to drop weight fast in a short amount of time.
The life of a model is extremely fast paced and competitive.
If you aren’t up to par there are literally dozens of other models willing to take over for you.
Long story short I was told I needed to lose 15 pounds for a shoot that was coming up in 12 days.
I wasn’t sure I could lose that much weight so fast.
So I got advice from my personal trainer.

He told me the following Five Tips Below:
#1. Baby Food Diet
The Baby food diet is just want is sounds like.
You will be eating baby food as well as one “regular” dinner.
Your regular meal consists of vegetables and meat each day.
The baby food diet allows you to eat 14 servings per day.
That might sound like a lot, but the average baby food is only around 50 calories or less per serving.
I was only eating 700 calories or less with the baby food plus the one regular meal.
Was I hungry?
ABSOLUTELY!

Weight loss pills are not made for daily long term use.
However they are very effective for short to use.
And boost your metabolism as well as suppress your appetite.

#3. Cabbage Soup Diet
This diet can help you lose up to 15 pounds in just one week.
Most of this weight loss will be from water loss.
In the 1990s this diet became popular again.
I hate cabbage so I never tried this diet myself.
Although my girlfriend has and lost 8 pounds her first week.
She was so impressed with the results that she uses it to lose weight fast for important events such as attending a wedding.

#4. The Liquid Diet
Unlike the previous diet.
I have tried the liquid diet and it does work.
Whenever I would get the urge to eat “which was often”
I’d drink more water and feel full.
You will be drinking a gallon of water a day.
As well as exercise which consists of cardio and free weights.
Using the liquid diet I lost 18 pounds in 10 days.
The downside is that the weight comes back fast once you get off of the liquid diet.
#5. The Apple and Coffee Diet
This one works too!
The coffee acts as a diuretic.
And the apples suppress your appetite.
As well as give you fiber, vitamin C, and nutrients to keep you going.
Although the results for me were much slower then the previous diet.
You may experience tiredness, nausea, and dry mouth.
At least those were some of the things I was experiencing.
This diet helped me trim off 7 pounds in a week.
